The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the service was excellent. The property decor was beautiful, and I would definitely return. The concierge was very helpful, especially since Google Maps didn't work.

The only downside was the smoking coming from another room, which was unpleasant. however, I still had a good experience and appreciated the value for money.
